Maharishi Arvind University: Courses, Fees and Admission

Act No. 25 of 2015 of the Rajasthani government established Maharishi Arvind University. This university is a multi-faculty union that spans the entire state of Rajasthan.The NCTE, AICTE, and UGC have all approved the university. The institution provides undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and diploma programs in several streams through a total of nine departments. The university’s most popular academic offerings are its B.Sc., MBA, MCA, diploma, and Ph.D. programs, in that order.

The University’s goals are to foster interdisciplinary studies and research by providing teaching and research facilities, as well as by providing opportunities for study at the undergraduate, graduate, and integrated levels in the following areas: engineering and technology; biology and applied science; management; commerce; social science and humanities; journalism and mass communication; library and information science; pharmacy; computer sciences and informatics; bachelor of education; law; design and vocational education; and many more courses that are currently in the works.

Maharishi Arvind University Admission

Maharishi Arvind University admission are both merit and entrance exam based.

Regarding Undergraduate Programs:

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture, B.Sc. Agriculture MBA (Agri-Business), BBA-LL.B, LL.B, BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.Pharm, B.Sc, B.A, BPT, and B.Tech are among the undergraduate programs that MAU provides.

Applicants for these courses must be 12th grade graduates in the relevant field with a cumulative GPA of at least 50%.

The JEE Mains result is also taken into account for B.Tech admissions.

While B.Sc. Agriculture & B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture take four years to complete, B.Sc. Agriculture & MBA (AgriBusiness) take five years.

Regarding Postgraduate Courses:

The M.Sc. in Agriculture Science, MBA (Agri-Business), General MBA, LL.M., MCA (Lateral entry), and General MCA, M.Com, M.Sc., M.A. in education, as well as General M.A., M.Tech, MPT, and B.Ed. are among the twelve postgraduate programs that Maharishi Arvind University provides in several streams.

Eligible students are those who hold bachelor’s degrees in the relevant field.

 The course may have a maximum duration of two to three years.

CAT scores are used to determine admissions preference for management courses.

Regarding the Ph.D. Program:

MAU has seven doctoral programs for different departments. 

Candidates for MAU Ph.D. admissions must be qualified with a Master’s degree in a related discipline and an aggregate score of 50%. 

Applicants who meet the requirements for the JRF, NET, SLET, or GATE may also apply.
