About Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam University 

The AKU was acknowledged by the UGC and approved by the AICTE and this university was founded in 2016. The University provides various fields of UG, PG, diploma and PhD under the courses of Science, Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Performing Arts etc. 

The University has more than 1500 students with 150 + faculty in the campus and the university provides the facilities to their students such as hostel, library, sports arena, cafeteria, auditorium, hospital, WI-FI, IT infrastructure, transport, convenience stores etc. 

Also the AKU provides placement to their students and their recruiters are Aditya Birla, Chegg, Wipro and many more. The university has various faculties and department which is named as Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Management , Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Science/ Humanities, Faculty of Commerce,  Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Social Work, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Architecture. 

The university made various  committees so that if the students want to share any problem then they can directly share the problem related to the concerned department. The name of the committees are: Anti-Ragging Committees, Women Grievance Redressal cell, Student Grievance Cell, SC/ ST  Grievance Cell, BC and Minority Cell, Re constitution of Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Cultural Committees

AKU Admission 2024-2025 

Those candidates want to take admission in this university then their admission is based on the merit and entrance score. The university counted the marks of the last examination and entrance based marks. To take admission in this university candidates need to match the eligibility criteria and after clearing this criteria they need to appear for the counseling if they have a valid score in the entrance exams. 

How to Apply for the AKU Admission? 

Below are the steps for how to applying for the admission: 

1. For the admission candidates need to visit the official website of the University
2. The candidates need to click on the admission tab which is on the Menu Tab
3. Now the candidates need to click on the application form
4. After clicking the candidates are required to fill all the details that are necessary in the application form. 
5. The candidates now upload the documents which are asked in the application form and then they submit the application form. 
6. For submitting the application the candidates need to submit the fees and take the print of the application form for their future preference. 

AKU Placement 2024-2025

Also the AKU provides placement to their students and their recruiters are Aditya Birla, Chegg, Wipro and many more.The students placed in the fields such as MCA/ CS-IT provide the highest package of INR 2,50,000 and 5 students got placed from this field, for B.Pharma-Pharmacy provide the highest package of INR 2,00,000 and 12 students got placed from this field, for Diploma-Mechanical Engineering provide the highest package of INR 1,50,000 and 9 students got placed from this field. 

AKU Scholarship 2024-2025 

Those candidates who belong to the SC/ ST/ OBC category for different schemes are introduced by the Madhya Pradesh Government. The university also provides scholarships to those students also those who belong to the minority communities. 

AKU Facilities 2024-2025

The university provides the facilities to their students such as a hostel, library, sports arena, cafeteria, auditorium, hospital, WI-FI, IT infrastructure, transport, convenience stores etc. 

1. Library: The university library provides all types of books to them and total they have 44,321 + books available to their students. The library provides books such as lending and book bank sections. 
2. Health Care and Medical: The university provides the health care and medical facility such as immediate service and ambulance service available to the students. 
3. Transport: The university has almost 30 buses in the University with the seating capacity of 1000 students 
4. Canteen: The university canteen provides delicious hygienic meals to the students of the campus at a very low price and around every block they have mini cafes and as well as centers of fast food. 
5. Bank and ATM: The University provides the PNB Bank facility to all their faculty members and students. 
6. Sports: The university provides the indoor sports facilities to their students and faculty staff members such as table tennis, carroms, shuttle badminton, chess etc. 
7. WI-FI facility: The university provides the 24×7 wi-fi services to their students and faculty with 5 MBPS internet facility.
