The DAVV University was founded in 1964 also known as University of Indore and authorized by NAAC with ‘A’ grade. The University provides various courses to their students such as UG, PG and Doctorate level courses with this they also provide the distance courses in the field of science, engineering, technology, management, law and media.
According to the NIRF 2023 report the University is ranked 101-150 under the University (Overall) category. Also the University has 37 schools and centers of study and 20 schools that provide courses that were started by the college. This university provides regular courses around 10,500 students and for distance courses around 1,000 students.
If the candidate wants to take the admission in this university in the UG, PG courses then their admission is based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) which is conducted by NTA. And those who want to take admission in the other courses then their merit is based on the qualifying examination.

DAVV Admission 2024-2025
If the candidate wants to take the admission in this university in the UG, PG courses then their admission is based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) which is conducted by NTA. And those who want to take admission in the other courses then their merit is based on the qualifying examination. Below are the some steps for the admission:
- Those who want to take admission in the UG courses such as BBA, BCA etc then their criteria is based on the 10+2 in which they score at least 50% marks in related streams and subjects. And for the admission it is based on the CUET scores which will be later followed by the counseling process.
- Those candidates want to take admission in the PG courses such as MBA, M.Com, M.Sc/ M.A for this they must have a bachelor degree in a related field with an aggregate mark of 55%.
- The candidate who takes admission in the courses such as MA/ MSc, MBA/ MAW they need to qualify the written test with a legitimate score that is obtained in the entrance exam.
- Those who want to take admission in the Phd or M.Phil courses must have a qualified master degree then the candidate must follow the counseling process of entrance exam DET which is organized by the University.
How to Apply for DAVV?
- If the candidates want to register for the CET exam then they need to visit the official website.
- Now the candidates are required to fill all the necessary details in the application form.
- The candidates can now move forward by uploading all the documents in the application form.
- The application fees payment can be done either through the online mode or offline mode by using challan of any SBI branch.
- Those candidates who want to take admission in the Non- CET UG can apply online and pay the application fees through digital payment.
- Now the candidates can take the print of the application form for their future preference.

DAVV Scholarships 2024-2025
The University scholarships 2024-2025 are based on the merit basis and those who secured the 95% marks or above in their academic progress then to those students the scholarship covers the benefit of entire tuition fees. And if the students are in the sports field then the university provides the sports quota to them .

The university covers the total land of 350 acres and provides various facilities to their students in the form of Library, Information Technology Centre, Hostel, Laboratories, Emergency health center, auditorium and cafeteria.
