DSRRAU: Courses, Fees and Admission

The state of Rajasthan is home to Dr. Radhakrishnan Sarvepalli Ayurved University, formerly known as Rajasthan Ayurved University. The Jodhpur-based university was established on May 24, 2003.About forty-two Ayurvedic, Unani, and homeopathic colleges and institutes are affiliated with this university. For admission to its numerous degree programs, the university administers a joint entrance exam. Ayurvedic College, Homoeopathic Colleges, Unani Colleges, Yoga and Naturopathy Colleges are among the constituent colleges of the university. Situated on the Jodhpur-Nagaur highway, the campus spans over 322 acres and is situated in Karwar, Jodhpur. In 2019, Abhimanyu Kumar was named vice chancellor.Because homeopathy and ayurvedic medicine don’t rely on scientific principles, they are regarded as pseudoscientific.

DSRRAU Facilities 

A central library housing 11,000 volumes covering Homoeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga & Naturopathy, Sanskrit & Modern Medicine is available. It also contains fifty magazines and publications.The university also has an audio and video library equipped with a photocopier, TV, LCD projectors, and other equipment for live presentations on a variety of subjects, including modern subjects, medicinal plants, and ayurveda.

The university has a hospital with Shalya Karma Theatre (O.T.), Panchkarma Center, Geriatric Unit, Dental Unit, OPD, and IPD facility.

DSRRAU Admission

Dr. Radhakrishnan Sarvepalli Founded in 2003, Rajasthan Ayurved University (DSRRAU) is one of the top universities in the nation and is located in the state of Rajasthan. The Institute focuses on several Ayurveda study topics and offers undergraduate and graduate studies. DSRRAU Admission is based on merit.

  • Merit is the deciding factor in the Institute’s selection procedure. This involves an entrance exam for all of India that the university alone administers.
