Candidates will soon be able to find the link on our portal. It is important to note that candidates can only submit the form online, as no offline method will be available. We highly recommend that candidates review the complete details, including eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus, and other relevant information before proceeding. - We suggest checking the eligibility criteria before proceeding with registration.
- JNU 2025 registration for UG/PG can be done through online mode only.
- For CUET UG, the application form will be available in the first week of February 2025.
- And, for the PG courses the forms will begin from the last week of December 2024.
- MBA applicants will be invited in the last week of January 2025 on the basis of their CAT scores.
- Recheck all the filled details before submitting the form.
- Ensure you are aware of the last date for submission.

Application Fee-
- The application fee for CUET UG/PG can be deposit through online mode.
- The Fee will be non-refundable.
- Candidates can pay the fee via debit/credit card, UPI, net banking/ wallet.
- For MBA, Application fee for General/EWS/OBC category is INR 2000/- and for ST/SC/PWD is INR 1000/-

JNU 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Here we are providing the list of eligibility criteria according to courses. Check the criteria now according to your courses for your ease. Also, below we provide the percentage of seats reserved for the reserved category.
For B.A. (Hons) 1st year:
- Qualification: Qualifying candidates must have passed 12th level exam or its equivalent from any recognized board.
- Percentage: In the 12th level students must have secured at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
- Age Limit: The candidates age must be 17 years as on 1st October 2024. No age limit is prescribed for any other program.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in their final examination in the year 2024 are also eligible.
For M.Tech. (Statistical Computing):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree holders in the required stream will be eligible to apply.
- Subject: The master’s degree should be in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational research, or in any other science branch.
- Percentage: Candidates should have secured at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
For MA Program:
- Qualification: Candidates must have Bachelors’ degree in any stream.
- Percentage: Candidates must have secured minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
For MBA:
- Applying candidate should have Bachelors’ degree (3 years) or its equivalent degree recognized by university/ institution.
- In the qualifying degree, students must have obtained 50% marks for General /OBC/ EWS (45% for ST/ SC/ PWD).
- Students must have a valid scorecard of CAT conducted by IIMs.

JNU 2025 Exam Pattern:
We suggest candidates to check the exam pattern. Exam pattern plays a main role to score better in examinations. Exam pattern gives you a complete idea of time duration, marks according to subject wise. These things help you to make a strategy for the exam preparation. Below you can get the exam pattern of entrance exam for taking admission in JNU 2025.
For CUET UG:
- The exam will be conducted online in a computer-based format.
- Test will be held on multiple days in three slots per day.
- The exam will be available in English language only.
- There will be 4 sections in the paper as Section IA, Section IB, Section II & Section III.
- 100 questions will be asked in the exam.
- The test will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
- There is no negative marking in the exam.
- For every correct answer, 1 mark will be given.
For CUET PG:
- The exam will be conducted online (computer based).
- Candidates will be given 2 hours to solve the exam.
- Each paper will consist of 100 questions.
- Examination will be conducted in 1 hour 45 minutes duration.
- 4 marks will be given for each correct answer. 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.

Computer Science -Exception and file handing in python, data base concepts, structure query language, computer networks, queue, searching, sorting, understanding data, etc.
Physics -Current electricity, magnetic effects of current and magnetism, electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, optics, atoms and nuclei, electronic devices, communication systems, etc.
Chemistry- Solutions, solid state, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, surface chemistry, block elements, coordination compounds, alcohols, phenols, ethers, organic compounds containing nitrogen, etc.
Mathematics- Algebra, matrices, determinants, inverse of a matrix, calculus, tangents and normal, binomial distribution, linear programming, definite integrals, etc.
For CUET PG Exam-
Agricultural Science- Agronomy, genetics & plant breeding, plant physiology, horticulture, entomology, agriculture engineering & statistics, etc.
Applied Arts-Principal of design, unity, contrast, type of newspaper advertising, outdoor media-poster, hoarding, sign boards, neon signs, etc.
Biochemistry- Introduction of biochemistry, bioorganic chemistry and metabolites, cell biology, biochemical techniques, biomolecules, nutrition, metabolism, bioenergetics, and membrane biology, etc.
