AIBE (XX) 2025: Application Form and Exam Dates
AIBE also known as All India Bar Examination which is organized through offline mode in the fourth week of October 2025. It is a national level entrance exam which will be conducted by the Bar Council of India every year. The candidates who aim to appear for this exam must enroll as “Certified Advocate”.

AIBE 2025 Application Form
Below is the information provided for the candidates related to the AIBE 2025 Application Form:
- The tentative date for the application process of the AIBE 2025 exam will be in the third week of August 2025.
- The candidates can fill the application form through online mode only there is no facility of offline mode.
- There are many steps in the registration process such as registration, document upload, Updating NLU preference, fee submission etc.
- Before filling the application form it is the duty of the candidates to ensure that they must have checked the complete eligibility criteria.
- If the candidates want to make any correction in the application form then the last date will be till the second week of October 2025.

Application Fee
- The application fees will have to be submitted by the candidate through offline mode only.

How to Apply for AIBE 2025 exam:

AIBE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

- Nationality: Application must be accepted from the candidates who belong to Indian Citizenship.
- Qualifications: The candidates must have a bachelor degree of 3/5 years in law from any recognized institute.
- Bar Council Registration: Those candidates registered with BCI as an advocate are eligible to apply.
AIBE 2025 Exam Pattern

- Exam Duration: Total 3 hours of duration will be given to solve the paper.
- Total Questions: There will be a total of 100 questions.
- Type of Questions: There will be objective questions in the paper
- Marking: 1 marks will be awarded as for each correct answer
- Negative Marking: For incorrect answers there will be no negative marking.
AIBE 2025 Admit Card
The 2025 admit card will be released through the online mode by the Bar Council of India. The tentative date of downloading the admit card is in the fourth week of October 2025 and the candidates can download their admit card through the website. The admit card is compulsory for the candidate on the day of the exam and follows all the instructions given in it.
Also students must keep their admit card safe for the counselling as they contain many details such as candidate’s name, exam date and time, roll number, exam instructions etc.
AIBE 2025 Result
The candidates will be able to download their AIBE 2025 results in the fourth week of October 2025 as they declare the result online on the same day and for the result candidates are needed to fill in the login details such as User ID and Password.
Those candidates who are getting qualified are requested to keep the hardcopy of the admit card for the counselling and seat allotment process.
The final result will be determined by the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam and also the result will be released for only those candidates who appeared successfully.
AIBE 2025 Cut-off
For the AIBE 2025 exam cut-off is the only minimum marks required for the candidate to qualify. The cut-off prepared by the authority according to the marks of the candidates that they need to secure the marks more than or equal to higher than the cut-off and the candidates can check the cut-off through the online website.
The cut-off will be set according to the category by the authority such as for the general/ OBC category the minimum qualification will be 45% and for SC/ ST and PWD category the minimum qualification will be 40%. If the candidates cannot match the eligibility criteria of AIBE cut-off 2025 will not be given a “Certificate of Practice”.
AIBE 2025 Certificate
A “certificate of practice” will be provided to those candidates who are qualified in the exam by the Bar Council of India. The certificate will be provided to the candidate through online mode and by this certificate they are able to practice in any court all over India.
The “ certificate of practice” contains information such as name, enrollment number, enrollment date etc. will be mentioned. With this the candidates need to provide a law exam marksheet, law exam certificates, gap certificate.
If candidates want to enroll for the State Bar Council they require passport size photographs in advocate dress.
