MGCGV Admission 2024-25 Courses and Fees

The MGCV University was founded in 1991 and situated in Madhya Pradesh which provides courses to the students in various specializations such as Arts, Engineering, Agriculture, Science and Rural Development and Business Management under Graduation, Post Graduation, Diploma and Vocational courses. The University also has been certified by NAAC with A grade and is a state University which provides an affordable fee range for 2,755 students in between INR 19,320-2,04,820 and they also provide the best facilities to the students for a better learning environment. The university provides placements to their students. According to the NIRF 2023 placement report, a total 1096 students got placed from the campus with a median salary of Rs. 8.12 Lakh for 3 year UG programme and a total of 398 students got placed from the campus with a median salary of Rs. 4.54 lakh for 2 year PG programme. 

The MGCGV publishes their results online as they offer various courses in Regular and Private mode to the students in UG/PG/Diploma/PG Diploma courses for which the seats are filled by the students through local counseling as the university provides admission to the candidates at the State/ Central levelAnd the students of Final year who are completed the whole selection process which includes Aptitude test, group discussion, mock interviews, technical rounds, HR round and other soft skill training programmes are provided MGCGV Chitrakoot placements

MGCGV Admission 2024-25

UG Admission: If the candidates want to take admission in a UG course such as B.Tech Agricultural then their admission criteria is based on the entrance test (PAT) which will be organized by the university and followed by the counselling. 

PG Admission: If the candidates want to take the admission in a PG course such as for MBA then their admission criteria is based on the entrance test which will be organized by the university and later followed by conselling session which will be conducted by the DTE, MP Govt. 

How to apply? 

Below are the steps given for the candidates which help them to apply for the 2024-25 admission

  1. The candidates can submit and fill the application form online. 
  2. The application fee will be paid by the candidates to the University bank account online. 
  3. The application fees for the candidates is of Rs. 600/- , for women the application fee will be of Rs. 300 and for SC/ST candidates of MP. 

MGCGV Result 2024-25 

The MGCGV publishes their results online as they offer various courses in Regular and Private mode to the students in UG/PG/Diploma/PG Diploma courses for which the seats are filled by the students through local counseling as the university provides admission to the candidates at the State/ Central level. For which the steps are given below for the students: 

  1. For the result candidates must visit the university official website 
  2. The candidates can click on the “Regular Mode Result” or “Private Mode Result”under the “Result” tab. 
  3.  For all the recently released results it will redirect to a new page with the link.
  4. For the particular course the candidates can click on the relevant link. 

MGCGV Academic Calendar 2024-25

The university designed the academic calendar which contains the information of every academic activity of the season semester wise and the calendar is under design by the Vice-chancellor of the university on the official website. MGCGV Placements 2024-25 

The university provides placements to their students. MGCGV Scholarships

The university provides scholarships to their students in various forms such as Scholarship 1 and Scholarship 2. Below are the information provided about scholarship for the students: 

  1. Scholarship1 

The scholarships are given to approx 40% of students in general category from various schemes of State, Central government and other agencies such as Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY), SN Bose Fellow etc. 

 2. Scholarship 2

For the students various form of scholarships are available such as: 

  1. Scheduled Caste scholarship
  2. Scheduled Tribe scholarship
  3. Other backward classes Scholarship
  4. Post-Matric Scholarships 
  5. Tuition fee waiver to three Engineering students belonging to economically weaker sections of the society per branch in all the semesters. 

MGCGV Facilities 

The University provides a wide range of facilities to the students in the form of services such as Library, Laboratories, I.T Infrastructure, Sports, W-FI, Hostels, Contemporary Classrooms, Extra Curricular Activities, Cafeteria, Workshops and Training and Placement cell, dorms, sports complex, medical facility, transportation service, computer centre, upgrades to the audio-visual equipment in the auditorium etc.
