About BRAUSS  

The BRAUSS University was founded by the Government of Madhya Pradesh in 2016 and it is a State University. The University of Social Science is acknowledged first University in the country and has been certified by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 

The University provides the courses in various subjects such as Arts and Humanities, Business and Social Sciences, Language and Cultural, Medicine and Health, Engineering, Science and Technology under the field of UG, PG and doctoral level. As these courses are the integral part of the university so it will be managed and provided by the 5 schools. And also it includes such as Amebdkar’s  Thoughts and Philosophy, School of Social Sciences and Management Studies, School of Agricultural and Rural Development, School of Education and Skill development and School of Law and Social Justice. 

As this university provides the admission in the UG and PG level courses then the candidates can apply for the application process through both online and offline mode facility.Those candidates want to take admission in this University then they can apply for admission through online and offline mode. For taking admission in various courses of Social Science they must qualify the eligibility criteria which is made by the university so below are the some criteria for the candidates: 

1. If the candidates want to take admission for the BA course then they need to clear their 12 exams from a recognized board. 
2. The university provides the admission on the basis of the candidate’s  merit in their 12th exams. 
3. Those candidates who want to take admission in the field of M.A and MSc are required to have a bachelor degree with them from the recognized university. 
4. The University provides the admission in M.A course then the candidate must have their merit in the bachelor degree. 
5. The University provides the admission in MSc course then candidates must need to appear for the entrance exam which will be conducted by the university and admission will be provided on the basis of the score which is obtained by the candidate. 
6. Those who want to take admission in the M.Phil and PhD courses then the candidates must have a Postgraduate degree with them from the recognized university. 
7. The University provides the admission in M.Phil and PhD course then candidates must need to appear for the entrance exam which will be conducted by the university and admission will be provided on the basis of the score which is obtained by the candidate. 
8. Those who want to apply for any of the courses then they can apply through online as well as offline mode. 

Also the BRAUSS University worked for the economically backward class students by providing specialized teaching courses, research, extension and also provided training in social sciences to solve the problem of the schedule caste, schedule tribe, minorities, women and children. Online Mode: 

1. The candidates need to visit the official website of BRAUSS
2. After this the candidate needs to click on the admission and then on ‘Offline Application Form’. 
3. The candidates need to fill the application form correctly. 
4. Then the candidates can take the print of the application form for their future preference. 
5. The application fees for the general category are of INR 500 and for the SC/ ST category the application fees are of  INR 200. 

Offline Mode: 

1. The candidates need to visit the official website of BRAUSS
2. After this the candidate needs to click on the ‘Online registration’ 
3. The candidates need to fill the application form correctly. 
4. The application fees for the general category are of INR 500 and for the SC/ ST category the application fees are of  INR 200. 
5. Now the candidates can submit the application form after filling all the details 
6. Then the candidates can take the print of the application form for their future preference. 

BRAUSS Scholarships 2024-25

The University provides BRAUSS Scholarships 2024-25 to those students who are economically weak and good in their academics also. The scholarships which are provided in the university are named as 1. Award of Fellowship and Scholarship and 2. Chancellor’s of Fellowships.
