The AMU also known as Aligarh Muslim University provides UG and PG courses for the admission to the candidates. For B.Tech courses the AMU exam 2025 will be scheduled in the third week of May 2025.
In this university the admission is provided to the candidates through CUET-UG scores and AMUEEE admission test. If the candidates wish to take the admission in engineering course for that the university level admission test is conducted by the AMUEEE. AMU 2025 Application Form
Below is the information provided for the candidates related to the AMU 2025 Application Form:
- The application form for the AMU 2025 exam will start in the first week of February 2025 through CUET.
- The candidates can fill the application form through online mode only.
- For each course if the students want to apply then the separate application form has to be filled by the students.
- For the registration process the candidates can now start filling in the given details such as name,email id, mobile number, qualifying exam details, address and other required details.
- Now the candidates are required to upload the scanned documents for the application form such as signature and photograph in the JPG/ JPEG format.
- The candidates can complete their registration process before the third week of March 2025 as it will be the last date of registration.
- The university has provided the correction window for the students and it will be opened from the first week of April 2025.

Application Fee:
- The AMU 2025 application fee for all the categories will be of Rs.100

AMU 2025 Eligibility Criteria

- Through CUCET-UG:
Nationality: The application will be accepted from those who are Indian Nationality
Qualification (UG): The candidates must have passed their 12th level from any recognized board/ school.
Age limit: For the exam there is no age limit
Appearing: Those who have appeared as the intermediate candidates are also eligible.
2. Through AMU:
B.Tech Courses
Qualification: The candidates must have passed their 12th level/ diploma from any recognized board/ school in engineering.
Marks: The candidates who have minimum 50% marks as an aggregate are eligible to apply for the exam.
Subjects: The candidates must have the compulsory subjects with them such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.
Selection: For selection will be done through admission test
B.Arch Course
Qualification: The candidates must have passed their 12th level/ diploma from any recognized board/ school in engineering.
Marks: The candidates who have at least 50% marks as an aggregate are eligible to apply for the exam.
Subjects: The candidates must have the compulsory subjects with them such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.
For MBA
Qualification: Those who are graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
Age limit: For applying the candidates shouldn’t be more than 27 years as on 1st July 2025
Marks: The candidates who have secured 50% marks as an aggregate are eligible to apply for the exam
AMU 2025 Exam Pattern
Below is the information provided for the students regarding 2025 Exam Pattern:
For AMUEEE (B.Tech)
- Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted in offline mode
- Medium of Exam: In the exam only English will be accepted as the medium of exam.
- Exam Duration: Duration of paper will be of 3 hours
- Sections: There will be 3 sections in the question paper i.e Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
- Total Questions: There will be 150 questions in the question paper.
- Type of Questions: There will be objective questions in the paper
- Marking Section: 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer.
- Negative Marks: For wrong answers 0.25 marks will be deducted in the exam
For CUET-UG Exam
- Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted in online mode
- Medium of Exam: In the exam there will be 13 languages accepted as the medium of exam.
- Exam Duration: Duration of paper will be of 3 hours
- Shifts: There will be 3 shifts organized for the exam
- Total Questions: There will be 100 questions in the question paper.
- Type of Questions: There will be objective questions in the paper
- Marking Section: 5 marks will be awarded for every correct answer.

AMU 2025 Syllabus
The AMU University provides syllabus to the candidates online who appear for the exam and the syllabus will be made by the university for UG and PG which includes the syllabus according to the 11th and 12th level. And the syllabus depends on their graduation courses. Below are the topics which covers the syllabus:
B.Tech Courses: Physical World and Measurement, Thermodynamics, Electrostatistics, Optics, Structure of Atom etc.

MBA Courses: Comprehension and Verbal Ability, Reasoning and Intelligence, Environmental awareness, Quantitative and numerical ability, data analysis and interpretation.
AMU 2025 Admit Card
The admit card will be published through the online mode from the first week of May 2025 and the candidates can download their admit card through the login details. Those candidates who have successfully submitted the application form the admit will be given to them only and the university doesn’t provide any post facility for sending the admit card to the candidates.
The admit card is compulsory for the candidate on the day of the exam and follows all the instructions given in it.
In the admit card there is a space given in which the candidates must have to paste a passport size photograph and if there is any mistake in the admit card then directly contact the concerned authority.
Also students must keep their admit card safe for the counseling as they contain many details such as candidate’s name, exam date and time, roll number, exam instructions etc.
AMU 2025 Cut-off
The cut-off list will be published in online mode so that candidates can download it easily after the result gets declared and the candidates can check their cut-off list on the website.
For the AMU 2025 exam cut-off is the only minimum marks required for the candidate to qualify. The cut-off prepared by the authority according to the marks of the candidates that they need to secure the marks more than or equal to higher than the cut-off and the candidates can check the cut-off through the online website.
AMU 2025 Counseling
